NewBalance Energy is an investment and co-development company focused on unlocking the renewable ammonia global market by de-risking critical investments in production infrastructure.

We leverage our Proprietary Renewable Ammonia Due Diligence Framework to identify and select leading export projects from the Americas, to invest in them throughout development and accelerate their path towards build out.

We bring extensive know-how in hydrogen and ammonia and work with a wide range of local and international partners to support our projects by covering critical issues such as engineering, logistics, access to equipment and technology and off take.

Screening & Due Diligence

We apply a Proprietary Due Diligence Framework to select leading developments and establish a comprehensive, phased and standardized risk profile of any renewable ammonia project.

Our process is the result of a multidisciplinary effort based on decades of experience delivering hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure projects and validated by top-tier Strategic Technical Partners.

INVESTMENT (DEVEX)

We take initial minor equity positions at attractive valuations, with follow on rights to deploy more capital gradually as we unlock greater value.
